About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Supply Chain Compliance.
What You’ll Do:
1. Track & Trace - Serialization
- Co-Ordination with CMOs on Project plan for Onboarding.
- Onboarding of CMOs
- Configure the CMO specific services and share service links
- Creation/Maintenance of Master data and Serial Number Templates on Tracelink
- Create CMO SNX profiles.
- Work Closely with Artwork and regulatory team for collection of Product master data for TraceLink set up.
- Reporting the batches on Tracelink / EMVS.
- Troubleshoot for any file receipt errors form CMO and to the EU hub.
- Support batch release team for any issues on batch releases related to serialization.
- Addressing emails received from complaints team on Serial Number authenticity.
- Monitoring/Reporting of EMVS Alerts.
2. SAP - Transactions
- Ensure stock/service purchase orders are raised in a timely manner.
- Posting of Goods Receipt against the shipment confirmation received from Supplier / Warehouse in SAP.
- Posting of SUB-Contracting GRNs with accurate consumptions details.
- Posting the stock in correct Storage location upon receipt of goods at warehouse. (QAC2).
- Addressing VIM-Invoice queries.
- Redirecting any Invoice related issue in VIM to the relevant CMO-planning Team Member.
- Update price for impacted POs post price revision.
- Trouble shoot any transaction related issue and highlighting the same.
- To maintain accurate data in SAP and update as per the requirement.
- Coordinating with the CMO team for set of new SKUs, Plant extensions.
- SAP Master data updates as per business requirements and get this done by MDM.
- SC SAP Master data management
- Plant creation and relevant testing.
3. ESG – Support
- Supporting ESG team on the various ESG initiatives taken by them.
- Mailing CMOs and collating relevant data as per the requirement from ESG team.

For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
- Graduate with Pharma/science background in relevant subject or equivalent in experience.
- Any postgraduate qualification/Specialization in Supply Chain Management
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have significant experience in Supply chain management & Order management / Master Data Management.
- Relevant experience in managing contract manufacturers.
- Advanced skills including all Microsoft Products (EXCEL and Power Point especially) & SAP - MM module.
- Tracelink Knowledge/L4 system
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Proactive nature with focus on proactive prevention of possible issues.
- Ability to work with different Global culture and different time zones.
- A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
