About the Role

The Specialist Commercial Finance will provide commercial, sales, finance, marketing, and analytics support to Strategic Business Units with a strong focus on pharmaceutical datasets (particularly IQVIA), transforming data into actionable insights and enabling business decision-making.

What You’ll Do: 

• Track and monitor P&L for international markets (DACH, Canada, US) and investigate variances.
• Develop and maintain robust financial and commercial models.
• Support in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles.
• Identify risks and opportunities in advance, enabling mitigation and capitalization.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, including in-market analysis.
• Monitor stock allocation programs to optimize financial outcomes.
• Extract, validate, and prepare IQVIA reports and in-market dashboards.
• Design, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial KPIs.
• Provide data-driven insights for sales performance, market share, competitor activity, and BD opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Sales, Marketing) to support strategic decisions.

About You

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.

For this role, you will also have the following:

Qualifications: 

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Data Analytics / Statistics with exposure to pharma data (IQVIA).
• Certification in Data Analytics / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working with pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, IMS, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in Business Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and BD teams.
• Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot, Lookups) and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Power BI or other BI/visualization tools.
• Knowledge about MIS & relevant SOPs.
• Experience in automation of reporting and dashboards.
• Aware of pharma operations like regulatory / manufacturing.
• Ability to work with colleagues across a broad range of disciplines, regions, and functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and use strong writing and verbal skills to communicate facts, figures, and ideas to others.
• Self-starter, result-driven, and a good team player.
• A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
