About the Role

 

The Brand & Digital Manager will be the strategic driver for integrating and optimizing all marketing channels, with responsibility for overseeing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, ensuring cohesive and compelling communication of the brand’s value proposition, building and nurturing customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying new growth opportunities across multiple platforms. As well as overseeing the execution of the Brand tactical plan and activities, while providing a measurement of our multichannel approach and optimization at each stage. This position will report to the Marketing Manager and ideally be based at the Nordic Helsingborg Office.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of brand plans and campaigns for the company's promoted brands.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Medical Affairs and Regulatory, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with brand strategies and industry ethics.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and digital content for the promoted brands.
  • Co-Lead the Omni-channel Engagement workstream, ensuring the effective use of multi-channel tools to support customer engagement and brand visibility
  • Champion digital solutions to enhance customer engagement, disease understanding, and brand awareness
  • Lead execution of digital content strategy using multi-channel approach by elevating and expanding digital marketing and customer engagement activities.
  • Manage digital content and medical events execution according to the industry standards (ethical rules) and affiliate SOPs.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs for campaign objectives and collaborate with the team to measure impact, optimize recommendations, and quickly adjust tactics based on learnings.
  • Manage the budget for marketing initiatives and ensure that all spending is within budget
  • Superior ability to prioritize what is critical and organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, analytical abilities and multi-task
  • Stay up to date on industry development and regulations across the Nordic markets to ensure that all marketing efforts are compliant

 

About You

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Medical
  • 3+ years of commercial full-time Marketing experience in pharmaceutical marketing. (IMA and rare disease experience is Desirable)
  • Medical Education experience is desired (i.e LIF-rep, nurse or pharmacist)

 

Experience & Competences

  • Experience with launching new pharmaceutical products and tracking
  • launch excellence frameworks in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated experience with and ability to manage multi-digital projects, combining omnichannel marketing and medical education practices
  • Experience liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure input and alignment of the plan while incorporating innovative digital solutions and
  • content for campaigns
  • Experience working in CMS’s like Veeva for internal tracking and approving of marketing materials including approved emails (VAE’s).
  • Experience working in a lean, agile environment
  • Ability to lead execution of digital content strategy using multi-channels by elevating and expanding digital marketing and customer engagement activities
  • Adhere to process and internal governance to support and enable solutions,
  • digital tactics, and multi-channel engagement

  • Fluency in English
  • Nordic language skills are an asset
