About the Role

As ADVANZ PHARMA & Pinnacle Biologics Inc continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Manager to join our Pinnacle Biologics Inc  business, focused on Photodynamic Therapy (PDT).

 

This is a field‑based, procedural sales role with ownership of a large but high‑potential West Coast territory.

 

You will work closely with academic and community hospitals to grow utilisation of PDT by developing physician champions, overcoming institutional barriers, and driving consistent case volume across existing and new accounts.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of hospital accounts delivering photodynamic therapy (PDT) across the West Coast.
  • Drive utilisation and case volume growth within existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and key hospital stakeholders, developing long‑term procedural champions.
  • Navigate hospital systems including pharmacy, therapeutics (P&T), reimbursement, and administration to support adoption of PDT.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Spend approximately 60–75% of time in the field, travelling to customer sites across the territory.
  • Maintain accurate activity, account plans, and reporting within CRM systems.

About You

For this role, you will also have the following:

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or procedural environments.
  • Experience working within hospital or institutional settings, with exposure to reimbursement, pharmacy, or procedural workflows preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop physician champions and influence adoption of new or under‑utilised therapies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and execute territory business plans.
  • Comfortable working independently across a large geographic territory with significant travel.
  • Learning agility and scalability, with a desire to continuously improve and develop as ADVANZ PHARMA grows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all business functions with open, honest, and respectful cooperation.
