About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and team-oriented Business & Portfolio Manager to help drive the growth of our generics and biosimilars portfolio across the Nordic region. This role will be key in managing partnerships with pharmacy chains, distributors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring our products reach the people who need them.

You’ll take ownership of pricing, sales forecasting, and key account negotiations, working closely with cross-functional colleagues in a fast-moving, international setting. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on, values transparency, and brings both strategic thinking and a focus on delivery.

If you have experience in generics or biosimilars—or a strong background in healthcare, nursing, or pharma sales—we’d love to hear from you. A strong understanding of Nordic market dynamics is important.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial activities and support successful product launches, especially within generics and biosimilars.
  • Shape and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Tenders Nordics.
  • Build long-term relationships and negotiate commercial agreements with pharmacy chains, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Create reliable forecasting models and monitor performance using commercial data.
  • Track competitor activity and pricing trends to help guide strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, regulatory, and medical to ensure smooth market access.
  • Contribute to process improvements and support wider business initiatives to support sustainable growth.

About You

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or similar.

Experience

  • 3 years of experience in pharma or healthcare commercial roles, ideally within generics or biosimilars.
  • Solid understanding of Nordic pricing and reimbursement systems.
  • Proven track record of negotiating commercial agreements and contributing to profitable growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
  • Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, and forecasting tools.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and align across different teams.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (required).
