About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional Market Access Manager to lead the development and execution of market access strategies for our pharmaceutical products, especially Biosimilars within Germany. This position requires a deep understanding of the German healthcare system, pricing and reimbursement processes, and regional healthcare policy landscapes. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams, to ensure timely Market Access and optimal product launch success.

 

About the Role

The Project Manager role covers responsibilities for project management in Biosimilars and  Established Products portfolio in DACH. The role requires a versatile individual with a strong background in pharmaceutical industry and project management skills. The role holder will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects launch and expansion projects as optimizing the performance of established products.

 

Key responsibilities (In Points):

• Support and manage end-to-end project execution for biosimilars and established pharmaceutical brands

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, address issues or obstacles that may arise

• Project management of integration of newly acquired assets

• Cooperation with cross-functional teams to drive project implementation

• Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards

• Drive portfolio expansion, market entry, and lifecycle extension strategies

• Oversee cost optimization, reformulation, and market differentiation effort

• Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing, market access, and brand strategy

• Drive the spirit of “ONE Team” across all functions by supporting a team approach to focus on our patients and customers as our top priorities

About You

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Life science or Business
  • Languages – fluent in German and very good in English
  • Recognized project management qualification

 

Experience & Competences:

  • 3 -5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical project management
  • Previous Business development experience (acquisition and/or in-licensing projects)

 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to make business plans and execute them
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
  • Digital skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time deadlines
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
