What You’ll Do:
- Lead market access, pricing & reimbursement, government affairs, tenders and supply across Spain and Portugal
- Manage, coach and develop a team of seven (six Regional Access Managers and one Supply & Tender Manager), fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Develop and execute market access strategies to secure timely reimbursement and patient access for Advanz’s portfolio, including biosimilars and established brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional health authorities, acting as the main company representative on access topics
- Support commercial, medical and marketing teams with strategic planning, decision-making and execution of product launches
- Oversee tenders, individual hospital contracts and supply chain coordination with local partners
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, policies and industry codes
- Manage institutional relationships with patient associations to improve healthcare and patient quality of life
- Travel regularly across regions to stay closely connected to market needs and stakeholders
About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.
For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
- Higher-level degree, ideally complemented by an MBA, Master in Public Health, Health Economics or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience & Competences:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong track record in Spain’s pricing, reimbursement and regional access environment (knowledge of Portugal is a plus)
- Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects
- Background in generics, biosimilars or established products preferred
- Ability to support new product launches and drive initiatives in a hands-on way

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally and adapt to changing needs
- Deep understanding of compliance standards, regulatory frameworks, tenders and supply chain processes
