About the Role

The individual will provide employees and managers with proactive advice, guidance, and support across the full range of generalist HR queries in a timely manner. Supporting the entire HR Department to ensure alignment and consistency in the implementation of HR process, operations, and initiatives across the business.

 

The role involves working in close collaboration with the Global HR team and provide professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective to add value to the business.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice.

•Providing advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including general enquiries, employment law, procedures, disciplinary and grievances or absence issues.

• Increase awareness of HR initiatives with employees.

• Managing the full recruitment process, liaising with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure all open positions are filled with quality candidates in a timely manner.

• Work collaboratively across geographies and HR COE to ensure objectives across the People Team are effectively carried out.

• Support and implement key companywide HR initiatives as interface between HR COE and  the business.

• Implement all HR policies, ensuring that all HR issues are dealt with, within the timelines set out in the procedures.

• Support the development of strong communication and feedback channels with all staff and through a variety of mechanisms to support employee engagement.

• Support in different projects which are taken up by HR team during the year, to improve the effectiveness of HR.

• Actively participates in on-boarding of new employees to ensure their successful integration into the business.

 

About You

Qualifications:

  • Relevant HR Professional Qualification.              

 

Experience & Competences:

  • Vast experience in the HR Industry and fulfilling a comparison role.             
  • Pharma industry experience                    
  • Experience of recruitment and handling an HR generalist role as a business partner.           
  • Extensive knowledge of employment and recruitment
  • practices, with demonstrated general management capability.   
  • Excellent organisational skills, communication skills, proactiveness, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Ability to work in cross cultural environment.
