About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Commercial Operations.
In this role, you will support commercial activities across France and Benelux, providing a 360° view across the full pharmaceutical portfolio. You will be responsible for business analysis, forecasting, salesforce effectiveness tracking, and commercial insights that directly shape business decisions, launch readiness, portfolio management, and operational planning. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver accurate forecasts, data‑driven recommendations, and clear strategic input that helps drive growth across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse industry trends, competitive landscapes and market forecasts to support strategic and operational planning
- Develop and deliver market, performance, and competitive analyses to support pre‑launch and launch readiness activities
- Prepare and maintain local commercial forecasts; run monthly forecast reviews and track key variances vs assumptions
- Track product performance, including sales, market share evolution, and revenue vs forecast
- Lead business case preparation, scenario modelling, and ROI analysis supporting strategic decisions and new product opportunities
- Monitor the effectiveness of salesforce activity through CRM data (Veeva/Salesforce) and performance KPIs
- Develop dashboards and reporting tailored to local market and leadership needs, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Liaise with external partners, including co‑promotion affiliates and data vendors, ensuring high‑quality collaboration and delivery
- Support business process optimisation across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain, improving data flow and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) to align on regional priorities and ensure operational excellence
- Drive the spirit of “One Team” through open, honest, and respectful collaboration across functions
About You

Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial operations, analytics, or market access within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of local healthcare systems, pricing, reimbursement mechanisms, and access pathways
- Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and modelling within regulated pharma markets
- Demonstrated ability to generate market and competitive insights and translate them into strategic recommendations
- Strong analytical, data‑handling, and strategic thinking capabilities (including ROI and scenario modelling)
- Experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM, finance tools, and external data providers for sales and market data
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally in multicultural environment
- Fluency in French and English (non‑negotiable)
