• Freight management of shipments to centralized warehouses
• Issuing of shipment documents to transport partners
• Query resolution for any shipments with CMO team and transport partners
• Managing logistics with transport partners to ensure goods are collected and delivered as per required timelines with zero damage and full QA compliance.
• Co-ordination with QA for transport related deviations and audits by various regulatory agencies.
• Perform freight invoice validation
• Management of stock reconciliation for all LSPs by performing monthly reconciliation.
• Maintain SAP inventory accuracy
• Carry out SAP transactions related to inventory management to ensure that the correct quantity is highlighted against the correct batch.
• Arranging for destruction of expired/rejected/damaged stock on periodical basis which reduces storage costs.
• Arranging and conducting annual stock audit at major LSPs.
