What You’ll Do:
As the Tender & Supply Manager for Iberia, you will play a key role in managing supply chain and tender activities for our pharmaceutical portfolio, including biosimilars and generics. You’ll collaborate with global and local teams to ensure efficient supply, optimize inventory, and implement pricing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain for Iberia, coordinating with global supply teams and local logistics partners.
- Lead tender management activities, including pricing analysis, offer preparation, contract management, and commercial strategy implementation.
- Monitor stock levels and supply risks, working closely with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and waste management requirements, including SIGRE reporting.
- Coordinate supply chain due diligence for new product launches and M&A integrations.
- Collaborate across multiple functions in a matrix environment to achieve business goals.
About You
We’re seeking a motivated professional passionate about improving patient access through effective supply chain and tender management. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating across regional and global teams.
Qualifications:
- Training or qualifications in supply chain and/or pricing management within the pharmaceutical industry. (desirable)
- Proficient in English (B1 level or above), with strong communication skills.
Experience & Competences:
- At least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical pricing, market access or tender management.
- Proven ability to manage pricing and tender processes in coordination with market access and commercial teams.
- Experience working with wholesalers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Good understanding of market access (HEOR, HTA etc.), pricing and reimbursement procedures for pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and public tender procedures.
- Familiarity with supply chain tools such as SAP and Anaplan.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality management is a plus.
