As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Market Access Manager.
- Develop and execute regional market access strategies across your territory
- Identify, evaluate, and manage hospital tender opportunities
- Build strong relationships with hospital pharmacists and regional healthcare stakeholders
- Analyse pricing structures and support tender decision-making (go/no-go)
- Ensure timely access and reimbursement of biosimilars, generics, and innovative products
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying new opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and Market Access teams
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and take accountability for results

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.
For this role, you will also have the following:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or similar
- Additional qualifications in Health Economics, Public Health, or MBA (desirable)
- Experience in Market Access or Hospital Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with biosimilars, generics, or established brands (preferred)
- Strong understanding of regional healthcare systems and tender processes
- Experience engaging with hospital pharmacists and regional decision makers
- Exposure to pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategy
- Proven ability to analyse commercial opportunities and support access decisions
- A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, focused on solutions and embracing change
- Learning agility with a desire to continuously improve and develop as ADVANZ PHARMA grows
- Ability to work collaboratively across all business functions with openness and respect
